UK Wide Mini-Morning ReTreat #1

Join us on Zoom for our first UK-Wide Mini-Morning ReTreat where we will spend some time thinking about 'Changing our Habits'. We will then do an Arts and Crafts session, before enjoying a self-massage with Flo (our Wellbeing Co-ordinator). At the end please stay on to chat with us over a cuppa too.

About The Event

Please join us from 10am-12.30pm

9.45am-10.00am.   Please join us during this time ready for a prompt start at 10am. 

10.00am-10.30am.  Julia Murray, from My Retreat, will talk us through 'Changing our Habits', with particular reference to habits 

we might have developed during the Covid 19 pandemic.

10.30am-11.30am.   Steph Sykes, from Check Out My Plumage, will be leading us through an Arts and Crafts session.

11.30am-12.00pm.   Flo Foster, from Foster Therapy, will then teach us how to do some Self-Massage.

12.00pm-12.30pm   Time for chatting with Flo Foster (our Wellbeing Co-ordinator) and others from the Smell the Roses Team in

Breakout Groups.

  [NB: There will be a nominal fee of £7 for your ticket, which we will use to partly cover the cost of running the workshops.]
