Quiet Room. Shhhhh. In here you can read, sleep, listen to music on your headphones or just sit quietly. So please feel free to bring a book or your own headphones to listen to your favourite chill out music.

Art Room. The art sessions are provided in partnership with North Tyneside Art Studio. Engaging in creative arts has been shown to provide a broad range of health benefits, including improved motivation, increased social engagement and enhanced self confidence. The workshop will be jewellery making led by Steph Sykes.

Pamper Room. Head massage with Amber Horrox. Amber is the owner of Ambient Beauty.

Music Room. If you have a musical instrument you haven't played for ages, dust it off and bring it along. You can either have 10 mins alone time to practise or maybe you might fancy a bit of a jam with others.
