The ReTreat Days are for mums/female carers of children with additional needs and are child free. We do not wish financial hardship to be a barrier to attendance. Therefore one space may be available free of charge. Please contact Pauline Grant with a formal request and we will decide case by case.

About The Event
May's ReTreat Day will look like this: We thought we would give you advance notice of the date.
9am-10am Breakfast.
10am-12pm Morning Session.
12pm-1pm Lunch
1pm-2.00pm Afternoon Session
2.00pm-2.30pm Wind down Workshop and Finish.
Rooms set up today will be:
Support Room. This is where you can chat with the other mums and drink as much tea and coffee as you can.
Quiet Room. Shhhhh. In here you can read, sleep, listen to music on your headphones or just sit quietly.
Flo's Snug Flo Foster will be offering amazing massages.
Craft Room. Clare Riordan from Green Enchantment will be leading a Seaglass Workshop for us.
Pamper Room. To be announced.
