10am-10.30am. Flo Foster will take us through some self massage and breathing techniques.
10.30am-11am. Kate Smith from Therapeeze will be talking us through how to understand the anxiety cycle.
11am-12pm. Clare Riordan is going to guide us through making a seaglass bauble. We will be sending you the
required resources needed for the workshop.
12pm-12.30pm Time for chatting in our breakout rooms.
